Institute of Development Alternatives (IDEAL)

Under the above initiative young promising artists are being promoted by providing them training in various cultural activities like Pala, Daskatia, Odissi, Music etc. since last two years. During the year 8 nos. of Shishya and 2 nos. of Guru were involved in the programme involving Odissi & Pala. After getting necessary training the some of the shishya are performing in public events and earning their livelihood as professional artists.
